It's back again for it's second year - Light Up Monroe! A town-wide event showcasing Monroe's holiday decorations!

About The Event
Our goal with Light up Monroe was to create added joy for the town and its residents in an otherwise difficult year, something that could be shared by families, friends and neighbors, as well as strangers.
Any home can participate with a donation and are eligible for a variety of awards such as last years':
Clark Griswold Award -
The winner of this award has never looked at their house and thought "Too many lights"!
Santa's Favorite -
Holiday Characters like Frosty, Santa, Mrs. Claus, Rudolf, Buddy the Elf, (Hanukkah Harry?)
Best Use of Non-Lighting Decoration -
Wreaths, bows, trees, garland, ribbon, are all fair game here
Best Use of Animation -
Bring your winter wonderland to life by adding motors and movement
(gasoline powered decorations discouraged)
People's Choice Award -
